Koshiki no Kata
Also known as the Kito-ryu no kata, these techniques were inherited from the jujutsu school of Kito, and was their forms of throwing. They were preserved, revised, and incorporated into Kodokan Judo because of the principles they contain. They are split into two groups: omote (front) and Ura (back).
